Is there any extensions that would keep the open tabs sync'd across different platforms/devices.

I know how opera's sync work but that is not what I want. I want to have the same set of open tabs opened in all of my devices. I don't want a different set to each device. Is there any extension that does that?

Also, anything that syncs the custom search engines?
