Opera not work

Hi all, my English is so bad, sorry
My laptop use windows 8.1 64bit, opera -> setup -> done and run opera ok, but when close opera and then run opera again -> not work.
I was uninstall Opera and update new vesion, but not work

For the clean profile:

• Opera Help > Crashes and issues.
