Opera Mail use my upload bandwidth to limit all the time.

I love to use Opera Mail but after the installation I begin to have problems with my bandwidth because the software use all the upload all the time.
I try to find some ways to limit that but I dont find any options in the configuration options.

How much bandwidth is Opera Mail using? Are you talking about using a computer that's tethered to a hotspot on your phone where you only have like 4GB a month or something?
Are there any messages in "All Messages/Outbox" with large attachments that are failing to send?
