Opera is not synchronizing tabs on Android and Windows

I have 34 tabs opened on Android, on Windows I chose to use Opera Dev. After logging in, Opera starts to automatically sinchronize between the devices when I open the synchronized tabs my Android device is shown but only one tab in the list. Then I logged out and logged in, in both devices to see if it helps, it didn't. Third step I downloaded the stable version of Opera and my Android device is not even in the list of synchronized devices.
What can I do ?
