@fatguy1121 I was using intel 7th gen and the issue still persisted, I moved onto mozilla after latest synchronization issues on opera, I don't have the issue anymore.

have this problem to with a gtx 960m and intel i5 6300h on my chome and opera

@romeucapelasa i dunno if this will help.. but if ya got Mouse Gestures enabled - try disable/uncheck
