Desktop notifications not showing (not allowed to show)

Hi there,
I can't get desktop notifications working. I've tried all notification options in the settings menu but it won't work.

The demo https://gauntface.github.io/simple-push-demo/, which works on Chrome and Firefox is now whitelisted on Opera but still won't put any notifications on my desktop.

Any suggestions?
