The problem with displaying page previews when synchronizing bookmarks from different computers

Hi there. I collided with the problem that when you add a page to a bookmark on one computer and specify a photo from the page in the preview, then after the synchronization on the second PC, the photo from the preview is not displayed, but simply the site name is indicated. This is terribly inconvenient because it's not immediately visible, for example, a photo of a product and in general it is not always convenient to navigate by name. How can I fix this and tell me if the developers are watching this forum, and if not, if there is a mail I can write to? Thank you.
