Latest version update crashed, completely reset Opera

Hi

So, I stepped away from my computer last night for a few minutes.

When I returned, Opera had somehow closed. When I tried to reopen it, it wouldn't do anything. I rebooted the computer and this time Opera loaded, but everything was gone, completely reset and it said it had updated.

Any idea what could've happened??

I had an old backup from January 2018 so had to revert back to that. Grrrrrrr
