Opera jumps back to wrong place on eBay

Hi everyone.

When I have a list of items I search on eBay, I click on one of those items to view the auction. When I click the back button to go back to the list, Opera always goes back to the wrong place - almost always to a spot further down the list. I have tried with Safari and this works perfectly, exactly as it should.

I prefer using Opera, so any help with this would be most appreciated.

Sorry, further to my previous post, using Opera 49 on a Mac Pro running 10.9.5 Mavericks. This problem has only started recently, as Opera was not having this issue before.

Hi again.

It usually jumps back to a lower part of the page, usually 2 mouse clicks below the item I was looking at.

Any help would be appreciated.
