Ghost emails

I am having trouble with the Received Box. I am not getting emails from all accounts showing there but I am getting "ghost emails" showing no subject, when I open there is no sender, or receiver and nothing in the body. Received 43 in 15 minutes this afternoon - no joke! Can anyone shed light on this please

The database is probably corrupted. You can run a check, which might fix things. If not, you'll want to rename the mail folder so that Opera creates a new one, , set your accounts up again and import any messages that were no longer on the server from the old mail folder into the new one using the "Generic mbox importer" into the correct account.
