Can't start Opera 45-46 from Recently Used Apps after Exit buttom

This may be an Android problem, but it doesn't happen with any other app I use. With stable 45 and latest beta 46, if you close Opera with its Exit button, you can't start it again by clicking on the cached Opera in Recently Used Apps. Android gives the message "Could not start Opera" and the cached Opera disappears from Recently Used Apps. You CAN always start Opera by clicking its icon in the App drawer or a shortcut on the home screen.

If you "close" Opera with Android's Home (or Recently Used Apps) button, things work as expected.
