Mirror sync between PCs

Hi
I have two Windows PCs with Opera installed. I just want Opera on the second PC to mirror Opera on the first PC. I signed in using the primary install, then signed in with the secondary PC but nothing 'synchronises'. It's created two folders of speed dials. How do I get the primary folder copied to my other computer please?

Go to other speed dials and find the "master" pc you want
copy all the sites in that folder to your speed dial folder
delete anything in there already that you dont want

@ceedee Thanks for the tip. I'll try that. A bit manual though, I thought synchronise would do all that for me.
