Can't close picture on instagram

Sometimes Opera is not able to close opened picture by clicking either 'cross' in the upper right corner or the greyed background. You have to reload given profile's page which redirect to picture not embedded into other profile pictures or click the link leading to main profile page (I mean the link next to given picture with nickname) to refresh page.
