How to unbind Mouse buttons 3 and 4 from back and forward

Somehow in my quest to rebind mouse button 4, opera suddenly bound my extra buttons to "back" and "forward", which is quite annoying in that a slip up results in me losing all data on the page. No other browser has the issue. How can I fix it?
