Title bar?

You CAN drag a window that is maximized - the moderator shouldn't post if they are uninformed.

For some of us with very high resolutions, we just don't have enough real estate to click and drag a window.
-
Some of us go even further with multiple monitors - get this - we even have them stacked on top of one another... I dare you to try to grab the 1 pixel title bar to move it with stacked monitors.

For those that say you can drag the Tool Bar - well you'd be mis-informed there. You'd have to have space to click which we don't. Not to mention the entire design of the Title bar was to allow this movement. Basically GUI designers created it an Opera decided to make their own GUI that is NOT compatible with the standards set forth by the OS designer.
Now given the fact that I maximize my windows frequently and have 8x 4k monitors running on each desktop. It's almost impossible to actually move the window at all... I mean with 4320 pixels I can now only select 1 pixel to move the window... (This is vertically by the way.)
The perception of the idiot behind this change is skewed as they don't imagine that anyone could have something different then they have. (Yes they are an idiot by pure definition.) I have opened threads in here in the about this change as it basically made Opera unusable in our office (for all employees). We successfully rolled back to a previous version by having to restore from backups since downgrading corrupted the profiles.
The problem now is that certain sites no longer function correctly in Opera yet if we upgrade they do, however, we can't upgrade otherwise we lose the ability to move the window. Would appreciate recommendations for an alternative browser. Hopefully one that can us Opera extensions. This is quite similar to why we left FireFox for Chrome, then Chrome to Opera. The Dev's behind the software are too thick to understand their user base. Making idiotic changes shows the ineptitude of their product and will begin the process of their demise.
Will be forced to leave Opera now but the real question is what is the best browser to replace it? I'm open to suggestions.

Let me throw in another argument PRO title bar. Working on Linux with multiple desktops I frequently use the title bar to send off windows to another desktop. Now even with Alt+click+drag I have to "walk" through all neighboring desktops to move that Opera window on the desktop where I need it to be.
So please, gimme back the title bar. -

Amazing, it is now possible to have a website create a popup window in Opera that you can't move and can't close... Unless you are fortunate enough to know about Alt-Drag to move or Alt-F4 to close... Oh, but wait, that doesn't work on a touch-screen does it?!

Like others on this thread, I too am now looking to an alternative unless it looks like this "feature" will be fixed. Vivaldi's looking nice so far.
Edit: Browsing around, found this page:
https://www.htmlgoodies.com/beyond/javascript/article.php/3471181/New-Window-No-Title-Bar.htmSmiled at the comment from KS at the bottom: That only works in older browsers. Modern browsers won’t let you remove the title bar because then there’s no way to close the window.
Seems that is not so true anymore
