Opera Menu Bar

Hello.

Opera Version: 52.0.2871.30

1, I am well aware that the 'Red O Menu' button can be clicked in order to bring up the menu but is there a way to display/unhide the actual top menu bar (that displays File, Edit, View, etc)?

2. Besides right-clicking a page and clicking 'print,' how else can printing be used? This is where the menu bar would be useful.

There hasn't been a traditional horizontal menu bar on any version of Opera since Opera 12.
"Print" should be there on the "O Menu" drop-down, or just use the standard Ctrl+P keyboard shortcut.
