YouTube videos freezing issue

After latest update (52.0.2871.30) YouTube videos stop/freeze at any point of its length and do not return to normality. Advanced thanks for helping me on that subject.

Similar issue: videos that are 60fps stutter without any reason. That's not happened before. Thought that its youtube's problem but after seeing this topic I checked this in other browsers and everything is ok
