Opening saved images from Opera

Hi guys. Quick question. When I save an image using Opera and then open it directly from tapping the download complete notification (or the Downloads menu for that matter) by my gallery app of choice(F-Stop, but have tried others too), I'm unable to perform things like renaming or moving the image to another folder. I need to leave Opera and open my gallery app directly to be able to do that which is alot slower. Is there a reason that opening from Opera has these restrictions, and is it something devs can look at to possibly change?
