Darker transition loading pages.

When change tabs or open new links a white page comes when page start to loading...
this "white" make really uncomfortable to pass a dark theme site to another when a white page became to your face...
My idea is change default background color like Stylebot or stylish, but in transition pages... !

It would be nice to have that ability. I agree. With Mozilla browsers with third-party themes it is possible to do that by modifying the theme, but Opera no longer has themes.

Would be nice if this was darker. Very blinding late at night or when in a grayscale mode
