Non-private mode is not loading pages but vpn works fine

Hello
I have this issue since yesterday. When I open Opera, I can only access Google's main page (search doesn't work). Other sites are not loading at all and there isn't any message like no connection or similar. My notebook becomes noisy when I try to open those sites and it stops when I close the browser. Chrome, Firefox and Opera's vpn are working without problems. How can I fix this?
