"Adblock warning removal" in settings not working as intended

"Adblock warning removal" is not working as intended, example sites pcgamer.com rockpapershotgun.com . The message pops up.

On the other hand, if you install the "adblock plus" addon, whose rules and file Opera uses (https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/antiadblockfilters.txt), the messages are being supressed. Any ideas?
