Disabling web (remote) fonts

Any way to do it?
Reason: some fonts are plain ugly and/or render badly, making text hard to read.
Just to be clear, globally overriding CSS is not an option.
Thanks.

@yurigeinish the ublock origin extension has the option to "block remote fonts on this site" . But if you use this extension, you should disable the built in adblocker as it would be redundant.

@s390g2 Primary reason for using Opera is the built-in adblocker for me, blindly assuming it's more memory-efficient than any addons. Switching to uBlock would defeat the purpose and I'd rather move to Firefox which has more flexible configuration, including disabling web fonts at the engine level. But, thanks for pointing out the uBlock option.
