How to open a url without any UI (chrome appmode equivalent? )

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know if there is an equivalent to google chrome's appmode for opera?
A mode without any interface, address bar etc. In chrome it was possible to launch any url by adding --app=" URL " to in the preferences of the .exe shortcut.

I managed to open something similar in Opera by going into the dev.tools via inspect element and rightclicking on a image url, as seen here:

So i think that it is possible, somehow.

Any help is much appreciated !
