New browser window is covered by the OS taskbar

Generally when I open the Opera browser, its window is located on my desktop like this:
When I press CTRL+N to open a new Opera window, the new window appears with an offset to the bottom and right. But in my case a bottom part of the new browser window becomes partially hidden by the Windows taskbar, and I can't see the corresponding part of the website or even see the URL for the hyperlink under the mouse pointer, which is displayed in the tooltip in the left bottom corner of the browser window:
Opera needs to take into account the Windows taskbar and place its new window in a place so that the new browser window will not be covered by the taskbar. As a software developer, I definitely know that this can be implemented relatively easy.
Compare to what FireFox Quantum does in this case. The first window:

I would love to see this functionality in Opera, which would make this browser even cooler.
