Hard refresh / Cache reload (Opera 51) (Mac)

Is there currently any method to do a hard refresh in Opera (Version 51)
Following options do not work:- Cmd + (click refresh)
- Control + (click refresh)
- Option + (click refresh)
- Cmd + shift + r
- lControl + shift + del ( opens the browser clear data, not what I need)
So far the only option would be opening the inspector and disable Cache
