Full Screen Window Disappears Behind All Open Windows!

Something is driving me crazy! When I'm in Private Browsing mode, and try and watch a video in full screen, it will work for about 15 - 20 seconds, then the window vanishes! It moves to behind every other open window!! When I click on it in the dropdown menu, it returns to the front, still playing all the while, when it again disappears behind all the others! What could be causing this???
