Search engine keeps changing to Google

I try to use DDG for my primary search engine. When i set it from settings its ok until when i use Google search from the tab. Once i use Google, its chancing to Google automatically, but this does not work conversely (when primary is Google but make a search on DDG from the tab)

How can i fix this issue? I'm tired of making this adjustment in every time.

I have the same problem. It's more irritating now that Google Image Search won't let you get to the image.
