Opera beta solved slow connection problems

As have others, lately had problem with Opera stable becoming unresponsive, especially when computer resumes from sleep or hibernation. First connection to any site always very slow whether browser already open or even after closing and reopening. Clearing all traces of Opera and reinstalling had no effect.
Uninstalling Opera stable and installing Opera beta did. Slow connection solved. Only couple days since change so problems may return, but browser working fine for now.
