Floating video window cannot be moved with pen or touch

Hello,
I'm using Opera on Windows 10 on a tablet equipped with a Wacom digitizer and I often use the floating video feature to keep videos as I work on other stuff
Unfortunately for whatever reason the floating video frame doesn't seem to respond to my attempts to drag it around, only pausing the video if I tap on it
Using the stylus doesn't seem to make any difference, the only way I can move or resize it seems to be with an actual mouse (or trackpad)Has anyone else had this issue? I swear I remember being able to move it around with my stylus previously.

I also have this issue, including being unable to drag/rearrange tabs and extension toolbar icons.
Please provide the option to treat pen input as mouse input.
