Not able to Pin Opera URL link to Opera pinned in Task-Bar

I can Pin a Chrome URL link to Chrome pinned in the Task-Bar, but I can't Pin a Opera URL link to Opera pinned in the Task-Bar. But, it gets even stranger; I can Pin a Chrome URL link to Opera pinned in the task-bar. How is it that I can Pin a Chrome URL link to Opera, but can't Pin the same link in the Opera URL to Opera?

I have also experienced a similar problem with SOME (not all) Opera URL links not being pinned to the Opera Bookmark-Bar, while the same URL link in Chrome will Pin to the Opera Bookmark Bar.
