Video stutter

Videos viewed in Opera are heavily stuttering. In the meantime everything works perfect on Microsoft Edge and Firefox, but i prefer Opera due to good looking layout and relatively low ram usage. But if i won't fix it i will be forced to use something else. I have disabled gpu acceleration but it didn't change anything.
I appreciate any help.

I am experiencing the stutter too. Using Windows 10 64bit latest updates, Opera 50.0.2762.58.

Easy fix... our studio employees had the same problem. All you need to do is disable "Hardware Acceleration" in Opera's settings. Yes, the browser will be a slight bit slower, but not to any significant degree, and the video stuttering will go away. Chrome has the exact same issue.

I have the same problem. Newest Opera, Win10 64bit, Nvidia Card (1070, if that matters). Had hoped the newest update would fix it (50.0.2762.67), but nope. Still stutters. Youtube, Netflix, Vimeo ... doesn't matter.
Disabled "Hardware Acceleration", disabled "Hardware-accelerated video decode" in flags (with "Hardware Acceleration" in Settings first enabled, then disabled). Didn't help.
Checked newest Versions of Chrome and Vivaldi. No stutters.
Judging by the lack of responses to this thread, it seems to be an issue only a few people have. Still hope it gets fixed. Until then I will be thankful for any type of bush fix solution. -

@besirovic Still nothing. I'm considering going back to Vivaldi but this is working even worse. I'm kinda forced to use Chrome or Firefox, but i don't really like UI there.
