Opera Keeps bugging me with Extension recommendation notification

For example, when I browse Aliexress, EVERYTIME i get this at the top of the page:

This also happens to other sites, I do not remember which atm. Is it possible to turn off this "feature"?

I have seen something about extensions on default_partner_content file, try renaming/deleting the file - I suppose it is related -.

The folder is located on the Opera's install folder, If needed, look at:

Alright, I'll try this. Weird decision by opera to have these annoying ads. Hopefully this fixes it, otherwise its time to switch browser
