Running Opera 36 on Windows XP, Can't Import FF Info

So, I can't get Opera to import my FF info, it says it was successful but my bookmarks remain empty. I did backup the FF bookmarks to an HTML but I can't find where to manually import it. Any ideas? And is there a place to also import things like log in info and the other things?

If you go to Settings>Browser>Import bookmarks and settings there should be an option there to import bookmarks from an HTML file.
Are you sure it hasn't actually already imported them into the "Imported Bookmarks" section of the "All Bookmarks" window?
If so, you will have to move them into the "My Folders" section to actually see them.
