After upgrading to v50, Opera hanging a lot

I just upgraded to Opera v.50 from v.49 . Now everytime i open a new tab, Opera hangs for 5-10 seconds.

Is it because of hardware issue? My system can't run the latest version smoothly?

My system is Windows 7, Intel Dual Core, 2 GB Ram.

If it is so, how do i roll back to version 49 without losing speed-dials, extensions, settings etc.?
