When I try to play video on npo.nl it does not play. can someone help me out?

What version of Opera on what version of Windows? 64-bit or 32-bit Opera? Goto opera://about in the address field.

Did you try disabling all your extensions? If you have Opera's adblock enabled, does disabling allow the videos to play? Using Opera's VPN?

The videos are working for me in Opera 49 64-bit on Windows 10.

Cookie settings different than default?

What does opera://media-internals say for the videos you try to play on the site?

"ctrl + shift + i -> Console tab". Any errors?

The videos look like they are DRM-protected mp4 files (judging by the mime type of video/mp4 and mention of widevine player). The player seems to use blob:// URLs to stream in the videos. Do you see widevine listed in opera://components?
