100% CPU usage in Opera 18

Hello all
I've recently encountered a problem with the latest stable build (I'm using Windows 7, 32 bit if that helps). CPU usage is 100% even though only a couple of tabs is open and it takes forever to load a page. Both Opera Next and Dev. seem to work just fine.

Is there any way to get a complete CPU usage breakdown per tab\extension?
Anyone with a similar problem? I scanned the pc for malware and nothing was found. Could it be a case of too many bookmarks on speed dial\stash? A java problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
