heres a pic, for me it would be a great interface improvement if i could click in the empty space on a webpage, which would grab the window to move it around. ...I guess the answer is the pin the sidebar and use that to move the window around

Putting the cursor above the traffic light buttons does not work? It does for me.

Yes above traffic lights is does work, but thats still part of the 3mm high zone.
What I would like is to be able to easily click on the giant blank spaces on the webpage, rather than having to go in for keyhole surgery.ATMO I have sidebar. Having a 1cm black stripe down my screen is ok but it's not the best usability in the world. I'm on a laptop so real estate is at a premium...
