HELP! Opera Out OF Memory Error!

I'm running a webapp then suddenly it stopped working. I reload opera, it works for 10 sec then stop the webapp from running. Only one webapp nothing more apps running.

Core 13 desktop 4GB RAM.

But if I restart my PC the browser will display a very quick error message that opera runs out of memory.

My opera is upated. dI only run Defender as antivirus. The one that comes with Win7.
