Could anyone explain why Opera 49 has this strange behavior with very long delay of loading first page after PC reboot? It takes almost 1 minute to load a page or even show settings page. Version 48 is fine. Is it some kind of new feature or a bug? If it's a bug - that's fine, I can wait for fix. If it's a feature - I change my browser.
