ODev 51/2802 - VPN Location

This new 51.0.2802.0 version locates me on Norway on both VPNs Europe/Americas.
Tested in a clean profile with my default installation and with a new portable x32/x64 installation.

Using UltraSurf locates me on USA.

Anyone else?
