Opera renames my download files if they are in Cyrillic ?

Hello everyone,
Since I upgraded the last Opera version it started renaming all my download files if they are in Cyrillic. It gives them "download" 1, 2, 3... etc. names, which is completely annoying. How can i prevent this from happening and keep the original names of the files, so i don't have to type them again after download?

the same problem appeared after upgrading from 18 to 19 version.... thinking of Google chrome...
