I can enter my account page, but no wornings, no verify links.
Only worning is showen when enter developer's page.

If you still have the Verification email, try the verification link again and see what happens:

I have the same problem. 3 days ago everything was fine, today https://addons.opera.com/developer/ requires a "Please verify your email". E-mail address has not changed.
