opera does not recognize flash palyer.

I already tried to uninstall, re-install and etc ... the only way it worked was what recommended was to delete the preference file in the folder OPERA software, but after I synchronize my account on the OPERA the same problem starts. the problem is: I go to a website to see video, there appears that message "Click here to enable adobe flash player", but when I click does not appear that "want to run the flash player" What can I do?
