Opera Mail 1.0 resolution

Hello,

i updated Windows to version 8.1 yesterday. Afterwards i started Opera Mail and it appeared to me that the fonts and icons are displayed slightly blurred (just like they are rendered in a lower resolution).

Any hints on how to fix this?

Launch the Opera Mail installer, click "options", change the "install path" to a folder on your desktop, change "install for" to "Standalone Installation (USB)" and install. Does that one look messed up too?

If that one is fine, you probably just need to rename operaprefs.ini in the preferences folder (see help -> about Opera Mail for the location). If that one is messed up too though, you might have to close down Opera and add/set the following under "User Prefs" in operaprefs.ini.

Enable Hardware Acceleration=0

(Don't have Windows 8 to test myself atm)

Also, restart your computer again just in case it's just a glitch.
