Click to call not working

When I search with Google in opera for a company or place. The browser will display buttons for calling them, starting navigation or going to their website.
On my samsung galaxy S4 this always worked flawlessly, but on my S7 it will open the navigation inside the browser instead of Google maps or waze.
And when I click the call button, it doesn't open my phone application but I get an error that the page is not available.here some screenshots:
Any idea why it's not working? I set the permissions for opera ON as you can see in the screenshot and then rebooted the device but it's still the same.
