How do I scroll to top of page?
Can't find any documentation and tapping the status bar did not do this ( I'm on iPhone 5 with iOS 7.0.6 )

You ought to be able to pull-drag the page with a finger up or down. I often use my thumb on my Ipad. I don't have Coast on my ipod (I did, but had a problem and uninstalled it), so I can't speak to the Ipod.. On the Ipad, there's also a black horizontal bar at the top of a web page. If you touch that, the page automatically scrolls to the top.
I mention this because perhaps the Ipod for Coast (in terms of scrolling) works the same as the Ipad. At least it's something you might want to check.

Seems to be broken for some people on iPod/iPhone. It's reported already as ICEX-328.
I'll keep you updated on this issue. -

There is a known issue with scroll to top on jailbroken iPhones. We are investigating this. Thanks a lot for reporting it!

As promised, here's an update on this issue.
Activator causes this. So it's exclusive to jailbroken iPhones. Ryan Petrich will fix it in an upcoming version.
Opera also patched this issue internally. The fix is being tested at the moment.
