flash not work on opera

since opera updated to version 12, flash is no longer working - works fine on chrome and firefox.

(just get a message, on youtube, iplayer, etc saying that to view content need to install the latest version of flash)

been searching quite a lot have found a few people posting this problem but no solutions ...

has anyone here any idea of what to do! (or try at least)

obviously have tried to install flash multiple times.
