It should be...
The most you can do is to use "SimpleExtManager" extension and disable all extensions at once or create a clean profile for testing purposes.
There is info on the forum or you can take a look at the signature links.

@zalex108 I disabled my addons step by step to figure out if on of them causes a browser injection – but, hmm, this "suspicious code" ...
... is "injected" by the internal ad blocker of Opera (just before the </head>-tag) – hopefully...
