Contrast on streaming services changes

Hello,

Since last update (49.0.2725.39) on every streaming service I'm using I'm having an issue with contrast (Netflix and Showmax). On normal screen seems ok, but when subtitles appear (I assume it's some kind of overlay) contrast changes, and screen is brighter. I'm checked Netflix native app and there is no such issue there, also not happening on Edge.

Do you know what causes it, and how to fix it?

I'm using Surface Pro 4, Win 10.
