Reborn we got - or sort of - Reborn type of features & functionality being added to Opera since spring...
But when Opera gets 20%-30% faster? When is it time to Neon at Opera?

i have to wonder about extenstions, personal settings, etc cause i came to opera in the first place because the disaster firefox has become.

FFQ can be a bit faster for a moment - the pros & differences in Opera are vast & way here.
Perhaps Neon fastness is being added as we speak?

What is certain is that Opera is pretty good at pulling strings and responding with awesomeness to whatever other browsers are pushing.
Of course, as Opera, FF is a mover and shaker too - the new momentum of FF largely will have escapees from Chrome and it's long standing stagnation.

yea what i've seen of opera so far i would be very hard-pressed to go back to ff or to use chrome as my default again

well you have to understand for alone time chrome was a far superior choice over firefox.
